Ingredients for how to make mortadella cheese rolls :-
- 1 package (8 oz) tube of refrigerated croissant dough
- 12 slices Swiss cheese, thinly sliced
- 6 slices of mortadella
- 6 slices smoked turkey
- ¼ cup butter
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon green onion, thinly sliced A pinch of salt and pepper
- ؟How to make mortadella cheese rolls :-
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, spray an oven tray with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.
2.On a lightly floured surface, roll out the crescent dough and stick it together so that you have a rectangle about 12 x 8 inches.
3. Spread mortadella slices and 4-6 slices of cheese on top.
4. Add the turkey slices and then about 6 more slices of cheese. Roll the rectangle starting from the long side and then close the roll.
5. Cut the roll in half, then cut each roll into 6 slices. You should have about 12 turns.
6.In the microwave, melt the butter, mustard, onion powder, sesame seeds, green onions and a pinch of salt and pepper for about 30-40 seconds.
7. Lay all rolls on an oven tray, spaced approximately 1 inch.
8. Once the butter mixture has melted, brush the rolls with the butter mixture. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
